Description: This is a 3 credit course. Students pay tuition. Upon successful completion of the course the student will be reimbursed the cost of tuition. This course will build on what you learned in Beginning AutoCAD. Projects will be larger and more complex.
Description: This course teaches students the basics in AutoCAD. Students will create a basic 2D shop drawing using AutoCAD commands for circles, lines, layers, erase, trim, offset, copy, and move. Using and building Blocks will be addressed. Students will use line types, text and dimension tools to annotate their drawings.
Description: This course builds on previous knowledge gained in Blueprint Reading and AutoCAD. Students will be going into greater detail working with project specifications and Architectural plans. Students will use Mirror, Chamfer, Fillet, Xrefs, and Hatching in creating shop drawings with AutoCAD.
