Description: This course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully supervise a project in the construction industry. You will learn the importance of communication skills, proper planning, how to maximize productivity and profit on a job site, and strategies for dealing with unforeseen problems.
Within each chapter are knowledge checks designed to help you review your understanding of the material. These knowledge checks are not graded, but should be used to help you prepare for the quizzes at the end of the chapter.
At the end of each chapter, you will be asked to answer quiz questions to check your understanding of the material. You can review content from any chapter as needed, but you will need to successfully complete each chapter quiz before you can take the next chapter quiz. For example, in order to take chapter quiz 3, you must have passed the quizzes for chapters 1 and 2. In other words, successful completion of the chapter 1 quiz is a pre-requisite to taking the chapter 2 quiz, and in order to take the chapter 6 quiz, you must have successfully completed the quizzes for all of chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
